Since Delta Gamma is still struggling they will definately be participating in Spring Rush and most likely COR. As for Gamma Rho, I found out from a friend of mine, who actually received a bid but was unfortunately unable to accept it, that the chapter isn't at total, so they might be also participating in Spring Rush.
