Its called exercise folks. Get off your butt and join a gym, go for a hike, take up tennis, etc.

Addiction is the answer. How many fat crack heads or meth adicts have you seen?

IF you want to lose weight take up a meth habit foo a while. Get super thin and then rehab it.
