I will always be a dog person. I had a big dog (chow/shepherd mix) as a child that was my protector. He would have ripped apart someone if they would have tried to hurt me.
I have a soft spot in my heart for big dogs. My parents will soon be getting a pug, so a small dog will be quite a change of pace!
I'm not too fond of cats. They are nice and all sometimes but dogs are so much more sociable and always brighten up my day. Speaking of which, that series Cell Dogs on Animal Planet is really neat!
