Annoying GDI Husband
AAAAAAGH! Can I vent, please????
I just spent a looooooong time over at the Delta Zeta forum inputting the names and founding dates of every single DZ chapter that has ever existed. I was feeling very pleased with myself when I noticed my GDI husband peering over my shoulder and laughing.
"What's so funny?", said I.
"Nothing."
"You're looking at my list and laughing. What's wrong?"
"Nothing, nevermind"
Finally he points to one of the chapters noted as being "recolonized" and erupts in laughter once again. "I can just see it now," he said. "Intrepid 18 year olds armed only with the designer clothes on their backs undertaking the grueling recolonizing process..."
Than I smacked him and swore he will get none until he apologizes.
Smart a$$ GDI!

Well, I told him that at least I didn't put on a sailor costume in college and march around a parade field toting a pretend rifle.
Designer clothes, indeed! I wish!

When I told my GDI fiance that the whole pillow fight scene wasn't on, he sulked a little and said something to the effect of, "Must you ruin the few nice dreams I have about sororities?"
But I swear, if he says AD Phi one more time, he's a dead man!!

My GDI....
Well I am glad that someone started this because I have a GDI boyfriend that just doesn't get it.
He went to a very big school with a very large greeklife... but he is very anti-greek.
He doesn't understand any of my alumnae involvement because he only heard about the rough times during my sorority house experience. He doesn't remember that without my sorority sister inviting me to a house party of one of her hs friends that we wouldn't have met.
He calls this "Greek Sh*t". He is very trying sometimes.
