No, they aren't lesbians. Jabari (Mya's son) came home and said that friends were teasing him about Lynn and Mya living together. The show continued with the lesbian jokes about them because Mya told Lynn that she she wasn't her type. Lynn kept rehashing the issue and it got blown out of proportion. But to be honest, I can see them going there, especially Lynn.

The baby is William's "nephewson." His sister and her partner (they are lesbians) decided to have a baby and William provided the sperm. Therefore, the baby is really his son, but is raised as his nephew, hence the "nephewson" title that William has given him.
