Establishing a youth group as a service project could be very worthwhile. You might want to seek substantial input on the name, though; both Zeta Phi Beta and Zeta Tau Alpha national sororities
are known as Zeta or Zetas, and you may want to avoid any potential source of confusion with those GLOs. You might also want to think of possible situations where automatically giving a bid could be counterproductive. A young woman who is great in a high school group may or may not be a great fit with a college chapter.
