Kristin, I agree - I think it's a wonderful option to have and they are very smart to market "house-free" living as I know there are women who are deterred from sorority life by the prospect of having to live in the house. But like s and s said, I didn't think you could be an NPC group on a campus where there is a chapter of Panhel and just never participate in formal rush. In other words, I don't find their way of doing things weird (I actually think it's kinda cool), I find the fact that Panhel/NPC permits it weird.
