Half way through my time as a middle school student, all buses whcih I too rode till I got my license, were equipped with areas for a video camera. The bus drive told us that she never knew when the camera was in there, as it was videotaping actions of the bus drivers as well. My buss drive was the same bus driver I had had since i was in Kindergarten, as was the case with a lot of us,so we knew she didnt put up with anything, so there was no violence on MY bus.....I think the most that did happen was the occassional back talk to teh driver(usually from a non-regular ridign the bus) when told to stay seated, or the occasional curse word that was said a lil too loudly.

However violence is unfortunately becoming almost an epidemic of a problem. My senior year had a record number of fights at my high school, so much so that students were encouraged to press charges (and often did).
