Dear fellow "older greekchater,"
I did my first Thanksgiving last year and it went fantastically well.
I have two great stuffing recipies. One with sausage and one with macadamia nuts and papaya (sounds gross but it was a hit). I also have a great cheesecake recipe as well. All pretty easy to make.
Other stuff, mashed potatoes, salad, green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, bisquits, etc I bet you already know how to make but if not, let me know.
Also, I got my turkey drunk as a skunk and marianted it in bourbon and it was amazing. That is another recipe as well I can send you.
