I haven't seen any plaid skirts in the major department stores, but I'm sure you'll find a ton of them at the used goods stores -- Goodwill, Savers, Salvation Army. I've created many costumes because of them.
Dani, if you had contacted me earlier, I coulda shipped my old naughty Catholic school girl costume to you!
