I disagree. We share our opinions, but discussions are ultimately about examining all angles of an issue and the POSSIBILITY of change. You don't have that here. You can share and share as much as you like with no effect whatsoever. Chances are someone will either accuse you of being "ilk" or turn the thread into a whose is bigger contest.
