I think they like to bring back the people who were voted off back just for the potential drama factor. Often, they do not disappoint. Veronica was unfortunately never booted off for stealing though that little thief should have been (I've never liked her). I don't understand why they constantly cast specifically for conflict -- it's like they pit certain people against each other -- well, I do, but it doesn't seem right. They should just get it over with and put a skinhead in the house with a Black Panther and a nun in the house with a porn star.
