KR is right - I wore some very teeny miniskirts in my day. However, if I did, I damn sure was covered up on top. Same if I wore a skimpy top - I wore jeans with it. When you wear the looooow waisted jeans and the tube top that stops directly under your boobs, that's just sleazy looking.
Rudey, back in the Dangerous Liasons era (and no I do not remember it, LOL) nipples showing was actually a common thing I believe...just don't let 'em see those ankles.
