I don't know about the NFL, but at MY job, you do what the leaders of the organization say (as long as it is not immoral or illegal), and if you disagree, you do it in a respectful manner. Otherwise, there is always the option of Warren finding another job. Something tells me however, he's one "slave" that's not trying to follow the North Star to freedom from the plantation.
