That's what we're hoping. I'm hoping to convince the active chapter to insert a few items into their constitution formalizing the relationship between the two organizations. I just finished writing/editing the alum chapter's bylaws last night. All is going very well.
There's still a lot to do before the organization is viable and fully functioning. It shouldn't be a problem. This is nothing compared to when all of the same individuals involved founded the active chapter.
