I was like that about a month ago. . . went to work on a Monday in a seriously bad mood and decided that I needed to get away from it all too.
So I took a few days off and stayed at home - no husband and no child. Read a couple of good books, turned the phone off, watched junk TV, ate junk food, and thoroughly enjoyed my time off. Didn't feel pressured to clean house, just had some "me" time. Went back to work feelin' fine!
