The problem is everytime someone has a Greek Name Associated with them, then, it is the Fraterniy/Soroitys fault!
I am sure they have done a toxoligy report but may be keeping it hush-hush.
He cannot remember, so therefore He cannot tell what happened. Just as at Az St. U. a girl was killed by a driver who was not only drunk, but had been using drugs. 2 years ago I think, but now the LXA Chapter while found of no wrong doing had its charter yanked!
