The Eta Zeta chapter of ADPi at the University of Southern Mississippi has been a small chapter for the last three or four years. We went into formal recruitment this year the first week of August with 19 girls to participate. 19 girls had to handle over 200 PNMs over a period of 4 days. Our reward on bid day was 12 new alphas. Through COR though, we have now attained a total of 28 alpha members. We are one person away from our quota and we still have 2 CORs before dead week. Needless to say I am excited!
We initiated 17 of those alphas last week and will be initiating the rest on November 6th. It blesses me so much to look in our chapter room after meeting at all the girls we now have. If we get up to 60 total members (now we are at 45), I do't know where we will put them all
But I sure would like to try ")
