I think we should set a time window. Example, everyone should receive their gifts from their secret squirrel between the 1st and the 12th. So no one has to wait more than two weeks to join in the gift gossip.
I am not sure about a theme, I am an impulse shopper. But I am open to trying if that is what we decide on.
And the price limit Lynn set last year sounds good.
