I wonder what the GC lawyers think...
Interesting strategy to proceed with this hearing. My guess is their goal is to get the "bad stuff" out in the public domain early, hopefully negating any shock value as they get closer to trial.
...I still say if KB can't get this trial moved out of Eagle, Colo., he's in bad shape.
