My insurance does this as well. It doesn't distinguish between what BC it will and won't cover.... it just covers it all.

Which is good, because when I was uninsured I was paying like $100 for each shot

because large breasts can cause back problems, and other medical problems. Even problems exercising, but having small boobs has never caused anyone permanent damage in their muscles in their backs and shoulders.
