As for the car situation - it does seem like there's some sort of rule that we're not aware of concerning the use of the Land Rovers - for example, when the actives were calling them for rides to the meeting (wtf is up with that, by the way? How did the actives get to meetings BEFORE they had pledges?) I'm sure if they were allowed to use their own cars someone would have been smart enough to say "Hey, you go get this active in your car, I'll get these two in my car, and you pick up this one in the Rover" - right?
Maybe MTV has a rule that if two or more pledges are going somewhere, they have to take a Rover. Or that if it's sorority related, they're supposed to take a Rover... because they're all fitted with cameras/microphones to catch all the drama that goes on in the car... It just seems like there's some restrictions on using their own cars... I dunno though.
