Hey everyone, we started recruitment tonight....22 girls going through, which is a BIGGIE for us, i mean it's wicked exciting.....tonight was 50's night. I met 4 girls that I absoultely loved. 2 of them, if they go dg, will make it hard for me to choose my lil :-D they are both so much like me it's wicked crazy....GOtta go to bed! MS lasted like an hour and it was so tedious....

youre like a rabid wolf!! :-D Well, tonight was 60's-70's night (foundation night) and so we made occluders and did the rainbow philanthropy speech. We had brownies and water and some candy and pretzels....there were only 15 girls come through, but a lot of people have mon. night classes, and so we're keeping our fingers crossed that they come back thursday night (80's night). MS only lasted about 15 minutes, but there were less girls and most of the comments were pretty positive. My list of girls I want is up to 6 because I've ended up with the same girls tonight (in some cases) that i had last night, I hope rotation is better thursday. One girl tonight told me that she remembered me from when I gave her her tour through orientation. As part of the tour we visit the student life section and I usually do a PANHELLENIC speal about greek life at our school and apparently I made enough of an impression on her that she remembered me and b)that she made sure to come back.....anyways, my fave girls were back and so that made me Happy happy happy! :-D

That would be a dream (that will never) come true for our chapter! A 15 minute MS must have been wonderful!!

AHH! I'm on crac.....we had 15 girls, ms lasted about 30 minutes....it was late (2am) and i was exhausted...sorry :-D LOL

Recruitment night #3 is over, and it was 80's night. When I get the pics uploaded, I'll post (at the very least, a link). We invited all but 2 girls back to pref night. Come bid day, we're going to get a maximum of 9 girls and then whomever we snapbid and cob. I'm really tired, so that's all for now :-)

you'd have to upload it onto the internet. Does your school provide webspace? I know a lot of schools give students some space on their server. If not, don't worry about it, but if you've already got some sort of personal webpage or something to that effect you can just upload it onto that.

Pref night was tonight...it went really well. We could have done a lot better at the first party, because of nerves and everything, it was kind of rough. We had a good talk during the break and we went into the second party relaxed and our natural gorgeous selves shone through. I watched during the rose presentation and I noticed some misty eyes. By the end of the presentation, there were a couple PNM's tearing up. I caught some of the glances of my rush crushes during the readings and they smiled at me. I placed my 8 votes and I have good feelings on at least 3 of them. Hopefully more make it through! :-) We're going to get at least 8 new gorgeous Pi Alpha's tomorrow, maybe more, depending on things go at 12:01 tomorrow! Bid day is today, and only 9 hours away!! I need some sleep, but I'm REALLY nervous and excited!! More pictures coming tomorrow!!

i figured with me not getting home til almost 2 am on bid day that there would be tons of posts from all you ladies......LOL, but since no oee seems to be interested, I'll just let it go ;-)
