I'm Leslie.
I was almost Lesleigh, which would have been really cool, but people can't spell my name as it is.
My parents have called me La since I was a baby, and my freshman year of college, some of my friends took to calling me LaLa! When my brother was little, he couldn't say L's and called me Essie.
I don't like Les either.
Most of my friends here call me Lina because that was my name in Italian class, and for some reason, it spread...
And I completely flip on anyone who pronounces it like it's spelled "LeZlie."
