My own 2¢...
I watched last year's Rush Threads, and I've seen this year's. To say that there is an improvement by, oh, 400% is not even the tip of the iceberg!! Last year's was just
filled with "unabashed plug for ABC" or similar statements - and they made the Panhellenic part of me ill. I haven't seen one of those yet, and I think that's
definitely a change for the better.
As for the "any updates?" posts, I'm guilty of that. It's usually in a case where I've written a rec or the PNM pm'd me about something. I don't see anything wrong with ONE person saying "any updates?" only because (as we've seen from a couple of this year's PNMs), they may have been busy partying, and forgot to give us the latest. But I do think we have to let it drop from there. One post is should suffice.
I know that one PNM from last week asked not to receive any pm's or consolation after she was dropped - and I hope everyone is respecting her wishes. She is the type of woman who will tell us if things change, and I say "More power to her!"

): When I saw the list of which sororities hadn't gotten a
GCer to pledge yet, that's when I realized that someone had gone ADPi, so I'm grateful for the list.
We all need to remember that each sorority is doing well, and has taken some awesome New Members - but most of those New Members are not posting on Greek Chat!!
