A girl going to a guy's room during a party does NOT give him the right to have sex with her, and that seems to be what you are saying here. And in any case, even if prior consent to sex is given - after one party wants to stop, it's rape if you don't stop. Even if the two parties have had sex six billion times - if someone says that magic no, you have to stop or it is rape.
