I think it was Courtney who hit Elizabeth but Faith is the one who found her. There would be more of a storyline with it being Courtney rather than Faith since no one cares about Faith at all!
That's what I think happened too. I don't like Courtney and Jason together, well I just don't like Courtney so I don't want her being with him!
