Zeta Tau Alpha does do Alumnae Initiation, but it is generally for women who are involved with Zeta Tau Alpha in some way.
My collegiate chapter had a non-Greek General Advisor who was very dedicated to our chapter and we requested Alumnae Initiation for her and she was Initiated with our next pledge class. It was amazing to experience her Initiation, and learn her insights into Zeta Tau Alpha, as a woman with 30 years more experience than most of us had.
