Except mine is white gold with a tube set diamond in the onyx, and it only has my year on one side and my degree on the other. I just had it sized down three sizes a couple of months ago, and boy am I glad that Jostens has a lifetime warranty that is honored across borders!
I don't think it's too late. I still wear my ring with pride, and I graduated 10 years ago.
