Sooo, had a WONDERFUL night again tonight!!!
The first party which I used to love during recruitment past years I felt soooo out of place and unloved but the next party, great great great party and left with smiles but made SUCH a faux pas! I got semi-nervous after the group sang a lot and I was at a loss of words because I thought we'd be leaving and so I grabbed down at my wrist to look at my watch which wasn't there and I was like "ah my watch...oh not that i'd look at it but i feel so naked without it" and she was like me too i can't wear mine either so that made me feel better but i was like man grrr way to ruin it! Last party I went to I was SO surprised. I used to think they were great but not for me but after seeing them, I thought wow I really like them a lot!
So, tonight I go to bed and receive a call tomorrow morning around 9ish to say you have an envelope or not and take it from there. I sure hope I receive the 4 for the parties I enjoyed but if not, I've been "non-greek" so long I'll be fine without it but it'd be great too though. I've promised my mom and myself no tears just a positive attitude like "everything happens for a reason" and just getting over this strep is gratitude enough!
Whew, still very excited for tomorrow!! I have SUCH a cute, classy little outfit planned and sure hope I get to wear it proudly!!!
Oh, and one last thing, I love you all!!! Such sweet comments make me smile!!!!
