Dont sweat the small stuff babe...however harsh that may sound but i know what you are going through and I can speak for most that we have all experenced this.
You did the right thing if you both are so different. Just think of it like this: "A bird and a fish can love each other but where can they build their nest?" Im sure you both care about each other but in the way that DOESNT make a long lasting relationship stick. Stay strong..it will work out!
