In reading this, I find that NHPC and NIC/NPC do not understand each other. Am I correct?
While In the Paedegogus of LXA, it list pictures of Badges and Pledge pins of NIC/NPC but Not NHPC. Old Book!
I did not Know and have seen AP Badge on ebay wondering what the heck it was! It was so plain and to the point that it was and is beautiful!
