It may be my first time cookin them but I have been held hostage many a day as my mom forced me to clean them. So my chitlin cleaning skills should be fine. If not, I'll just give them to her. You guys have me cryin laughing. I'm going to fall out of my chair. I will do my very best to clean em and cook em. I'll be sure to let you all know how my dinner works out. Even if they don't, I'm serving up stuff I really know how to cook i.e. baked chicken, stuffing, collards, mac n cheese etc.
