I feel like I have to say something here. You only have firsthand/direct knowledge if
you yourself actually heard the statements in question being made. If your knowledge comes through someone else -- whether your big brother or a member of this board -- and you are relying on what they told you, that is secondhand knowledge. It may very well be correct and accurate, but it simply is not firsthand/direct knowledge.
