Our Soror, Star Jones, gave a great shout out to AKA last night. She pledged at American University in Washington and she talked about how we are the oldest and best greek letter org for black women, and how dynamic and spectacular we are  I am glad I watched it because I found out two things that I didn't know: 1) Star held a national office in AKA and 2)that the actress Vanessa Bell Calloway (also a soror) is her best friend.
