I think that they will use Ericka as a pawn. That way, the "Dream Team" will hold the power. Even if Jack and Alison votes for Ericka, there is still Jee, Jun, and Rob to vote for Nathan. Of course, I doubt that Alison will vote for Nathan to stay. Backstabbers...
