in my opinion, i think kappa delta is underrated at sdsu. sd is very superficial, so they are not even given a chance...but they are a lot of fun.
i think that a lot of fraternities are underrated too. of course i think mine is, but we are coming out of it because we had 14 months of probation and it's hard to get our name out there...
i also think that if you are kappa sig, sigma chi, or phi kap you are OVERrated.
