Well, I have been considering a breast reduction, but after talking to my Nana (great-grandmother) the other day I think I have changed my mind. She fussed and said, "God meant for you to have all of those "busoms' and you betta not go cutting on them!" So I guess I need to leave them alone in ALLLLL of their glory!
(I wonder what it will be like when I am expecting...I can't image them any bigger

Honestly, other than that...I can't think of anything that I would change surgically that I wouldn't try to hit the gym to improve first, maybe I am just scared of the knife!
