Oz wasn't in it - and yes, Allison Hannigan was the only original girl to come back.
I thought it was pretty damn funny - maybe funnier than the second. Stifler was funny as all hell though.
Edited to add: Yes, I admit I was wrong - if you'll notice in my first post on this movie, I thought the idea was a bad one. I'll admit I was wrong - the movie was very funny.
