These are the majority (not ALL) of people who tend to be NON-FINANCIAL if they do make it in so maybe that isn't so bad...

That is another issue in and of itself (priorities, etc) So, no I cannot see it, because ANYTHING IS possible. IT CAN BE DONE. It takes HARD WORK and it is not going to be given freely because some may think they are ENTITLED to it.
