You are pretty close.
With socials, the rule on being a member of only one is with both the social and there National orgs (NIC, NPHC, NPC).
With Professionals, the limitation is you can only join one of that TYPE of professional. That is, you can be a member of more then one professional (my dad is a member of a Business and a Law), but you can't be a member of, say, two law GLOs.
With Honorary, since they have such high requirements for joining, AND many are limited to your area of study I don't think you'll see someone who is a member of more then one. And I doubt there are any restrictions.
With Service, there are so few (know of only APO, GSS, and OPA, and GSS and OPA are sororities and APO is co-ed), and they have no restrictions on being a member of more then one.
