It doesn't have rhinestones on it, but its more of a photo print skirt. I think I'm going to wear it on day one or two because the first day I meet 18 girls/house and the second day I meet the entire house, so they are both supposed to be more casual days. Sorry to break it to you but, you will not be able to bring along flip flops. You are not even allowed to have a purse. Your Rho Chi will be carting around all your stuff and you can only bring what fits in a ziplock bag. They get mad when they are too full.
