It depends on the insurance and the extent of the complications. I know several girls who's insurance paid for their reductions.

In theory, I'd go up a cup size. But then I start picturing everything they have to do during the surgery and I get repulsed! If there is ever a breakthrough that makes the surgery not so icky, I'd would do it.
