You wouldn't, unless you have them done when you're 60 or so. Implants only last about 10 years, which is why I don't think I'd ever do it--you have to go back and have them replaced. Ugh...
I think I would consider liposuction, though. I'm just so paranoid about looking yucky when I'm older...my stepdad is very hard on my mom since she gained weight from her cancer treatments about six years ago, and I never want to go through that.
