First, what are your rules? Are you associate members of your College Panhellenic? Do you participate in Formal Recruitment? Do you have to follow the unanimous agreements? Make sure you find out exactly what rules apply to you before going forward.
Second, you need to devise your plan for recruitment. There are a lot of great ideas set forth above.
Finally, you need to meet with your entire chapter and make sure they understand that a successful recruitment depends on each and everyone of them participating just as much as it depends upon your planning. You can't do this by yourself. They will need to come to every event you plan and help you find PNMs.
