James, I couldn't have said it better. Even if he got fired and kicked out of his house, he could've called you a million times by now. First of all, if something really bad and stressful happens to me, my boyfriend is the first person I want to tell. Second, it's just considerate and I dare say expected that when you are in a relationship with someone and the word "love" has been used, you just don't blow off calling that person for days.
Seriously. It's time to cut ol' boy loose.
