Hermione and Ron probably will get together but it would be silly to have them totally together before the end of book 7.
As for a Ginny and Harry couple, well it seems that the current flow of the books wouldn't necessarily put them together because the books are written from Harry's perspective. IF they were written from Ginny's perspective I could definitely see the potential for them . . .
The only thing that makes me pause is that the author is a woman writing about a man lol . . . so it kind of depends on how she feels about ginny and how much she relates them all to herself lol.
