I finished the book last night. It was great.

I had to finish. I was getting really tempted by the spoilers thread.

I'd try to read book 2 if I were you. I mean if you've seen the movie (Chamber of Secrets) then that would be enough to fill you in, but the movie still leaves a lot of stuff out. Plus the books are so much fun to read!

Jen, you should definitely read book 2. It's not my fav, but some important stuff happens and it comes up again a few times. You may be confused if you skip it. Plus, book 3 is after that and that's the best one! (At least, it is in my opinion. )

I'm done! I picked mine up at 9:00 am on 6/21 (4th person in line) and coulnd't put it down for two days. I had to stop myself though because I wanted to read it on the plane to convention. Well, THAT didn't go as planned because I slept both ways. We were WAY TOO busy for me even to look at it while there. I finally finished to day. I have to say it answered a lot of questions but peaked so many more.

my sister took our copy on her honeymoon with her... i'm not too upset though because she had a long flight so it would help pass the time for her plus i have had four sitting on my coffee table for awhile now and just haven't had a chance to read it yet...
