Hey Y'all,
Today I was doing some searching on the net looking for things to do with my family when they come up this weekend when I stumbled upon:
www.charlottegasprices.com
This site tells me the highest and lowest gas prices in the city of Charlotte. Soror OohSoFly, there is some gas for $1.19 -- CLEARLY I will be driving to get some TODAY. 
I also saw
www.chicagogasprices.com
You all need to check and see if your city features the service as well.

My city has one too! Thanks CT4!! The lowest price in my "area" is $1.39 
I put "area" in quotations cause the money I would spend to get to that gas station would probably cancel out whatever money I would save.
The cheapest station that is close to me is $1.43.

I just came from filling up. The $1.19 spot really is in Concord on 29. Drive for like 10 miles or so, look for a Sonic on your right hand side. . . bout 1/2 of mile past Sonic on the left hand side is THE PROMISED LAND.
I got 8 gallons for $9.75

Don't feel bad librasoul. My area also has a website and the cheapest gas near me is $1.48, but it still beats when it was higher.
