Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm 90% sure we aren't allowed to contact a campus about expansion. They have to have a panhel which makes the decision to open for expansion, at which time all the NPC orgs are notified.
Unless there is a local interest group - then I think it's a different story. They're allowed to choose which NPC group they want to affiliate with, as long as that group allows them to.
I'm pretty sure that's the way it works - but hey, if you get the job there, maybe you can work with the Greek advisor (if there is one) to get the scoop, or try to start up an interest group yourself!
